Mr. London is secretary for Education for THA, for a budget of 1b TT$ ($800m already spent), I simply can't understand why there was no plan to equip all the secondary schools with computers. He knows the problems with SHCS, being a former principle there.

Why there is NO plan to educate the people of Tobago? When you leave school in Tobago you have no where to go to further your education. Your only choice is Trinidad (or outside T&T).

For example, when I left SHCS (1989) I wanted to learn about Electronics. My only choice was to go to John Donaldson (which I did) and bare the cost of renting and airfare.

Since 1988 the THA had plans to build a Technical School in Tobago, I guess London plan is after you leave school to plant garden for look after goat and cows.
