Ingredients: 

1 tbsp sesame oil/vegetable oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 med onion, finely diced
2 pimento peppers, finely chopped (optional)
1 med sweet pepper, finely diced
1 carrot, finely diced
1 cup string beans, cut into small pieces
3 MAGGI Vegetable

Directions
Directions: 

• Sauté onions, garlic and pimento peppers in hot sesame oil for one minute.
• Add sweet peppers, carrots, string beans and bouillon cubes to pot. Stir to mix and cook for 3 minutes.
• Add cooked rice and soya sauce, stirring well to coat rice with soya sauce.
• Just before serving, toss in chive/scallion.
