Contains three natural sugars--sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber, a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. This is my fav. recipe for banana bread and its very simple to master. Even the kids can help out.

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups POST SELECTS BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal
1 cup c

Directions: 

BAKE 55 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 18 (1/2-inch-thick) slices to serve.

For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight before cutting into slices to serve.
