Ingredients: 

pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped finely
juice of 2 to 3 large limes
4 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup chopped chives
1/3 cup chopped chadon beni or cilantro
1 hot pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions: 
Combine all ingredients, let stand, refrigerated for about one hour before serving. Serve with grilled chicken breasts or fish.
