they say aas many as 1, 000, 000 people could be homeless if Kat cuases the destruction that its think it capable of doing. in our local paper they mention the French Quarters could get flooded with up to 10M/32 feet of water. also in thhe local papeprs show most of louisiana cover with water....if a storm surge wavei was to hit the state.
