What being a Republic really means? It should not stop with land but, include guest-houses, car rental, tours, restaurants and any service where local citizens are being displaced by foreign operators. The Government should also monitor these so-called 'Tourist Guide by Tourist' website for the content. Being a frequent visitor to Tobago does not qualify any foreigner the title 'Tobago Expert'.
