FedEX waste of time !!
I sent a digital camera to Tobago for the great race event, hoping to get about 200 High Quality pictures from the Canon Digital camera. That plan have now been spoiled by FedEx. 
My brother got it on Saturday Morning (after 4 days and begging) in time for when the boats come in, but PARTS of the camera was missing!!!!. The digital memory (SD 256 MB) was removed from the camera, to remove the memory you have to open the memory door then push to release the memory. The memory is locked in the slot, you have to know what you're doing to get it out. 
After they charge you an 'arm and a leg', they still turn around and #$!% you.
i haven't heard any complaints about them at all, i my self never use them to send package to tnt..i mostly used the regular parcel service or de odd time fedex
what about DHL? I'm thinking about using them
ups is worst they does actually damage merchandise.saw first hand for myself..
