Members of the disabled community in Tobago are calling for the removal of THA Health Secretary Arlington Spencer. Because Jason Clarke (employee of the THA) selected by the local chapter of Disabled Peoples' International  to attend the conference in New York was rejected by the THA. THA Chief Secretary Orville London comment on it as saying its was private matter.
