Fact: Most problems can be solved without a visit to the PC shop.
if you have patience to go throguh te help section in microsoft that take a while to find.
on aisde note most of the tech support of gone over seas to India for example Symantec.....the last time I called them got rerouted 4 times and 2 of them to the same section.....the big difference is language problems.....can be telling them exactly what the problem yet they giving you a completely different answer.
