Beware of real estate agents that are conning poor people, because the land prices are rising they are getting greedy and making several deals on the same property and then selling to the highest bidder even though you may have a contract. Beware of those that try to sell property ?and dont have the proper titles for it,even though they say they own the property it is just a ploy to buy time for the highest bidder, many people in trinidad and tobago are having woes because of the greedy real estate agents who turn you away after holding your deposit for months, after they give you your money back you cant find nothing to buy because every thing gone up by a ?hundred percent more and you cant afford it and the agent richer,it is time people start fighting back and take them to court because there is the LAW.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AS POOR PEOPLE.
